Direcional is a company founded in Belo Horizonte and has 40 years of history, enabling Brazilians to achieve homeownership.
The company is now a reference in Casa Verde e Amarela developments, operating in all three income brackets of the program and helping families with incomes of up to 7,000 reais per month to access subsidies and financing conditions that are only possible through the Casa Verde e Amarela Program.
From incorporation to construction, Direcional operates with responsibility, quality, and commitment, offering developments tailored to each customer profile, valuing condominiums with modern and functional projects, surpassing expectations.
The digitization process was done manually.
The job candidate would take the documentation to the construction site, where the responsible engineer manually registered the documents and sent them to the central office.
Facilitate and digitize the document upload process for the hiring flow and document analysis for credit evaluation.
We developed a web/app system where the engineer can receive a list, consult, and have the history of vacancies within a construction site to streamline and send the candidate’s documents directly to the central office.
The approval and rejection format of documents are handled by the responsible areas. If the received document is of good quality or not, and in case it is rejected, it is returned to the client/engineer, where they can re-upload the document validly.
It is in the pilot phase, meaning we are releasing it gradually for validation. The results so far are satisfactory, besides being a solution that benefits the environment, it brings agility and practicality to the routine of the involved processes.
