Automation

Process automation or RPA is the key to achieving higher productivity and accuracy at the lowest possible cost, as it seamlessly integrates both human and robotic workforce capabilities.

Some benefits of RPA

The Base2 has a specialized team to offer a set of innovative services focused on robotic process automation (RPA).

Implementing RPA in your company allows repetitive and draining tasks to be performed by robots, faster and error-free. Thus, the human workforce can focus on higher-value tasks that generate more profit.

How We Work

Our process automation team is highly skilled and equipped with modern tools to support the construction and maintenance of projects.

Regardless of a company’s size or industry, RPA solutions will certainly be ready to assist. Whatever processes you aim to improve, our team will investigate your current procedures to develop a task automation solution to transform your business.

Our RPA bots/robots are developed in Python (a widely used programming language in web applications, software development, data science, and machine learning (ML)).

We constantly strive with our clients to eliminate repetitive operational processes, improving the experience and ensuring faster and more reliable deliveries.

Partnership in RPA Projects

Botcity is a robotic process automation provider. Its technology enables bots to run in any environment, increasing the scalability of RPA initiatives and significantly reducing the costs of process automation implementation.

Frequently Asked Questions

In the subscription option (RPAaaS), all infrastructure is the responsibility of Base2. Base2 hosts the robots on a protected private cloud. In the acquisition option (On Premises), the infrastructure is the responsibility of the client. It can be their own data center, a private cloud, or even an internal server.

When acquiring an RPA robot, it’s important to understand that there are two components: the robot itself and the platform it’s based on. These are separate licenses. In the Subscription model, the licenses are the responsibility of Base2. In the Acquisition model, the robot’s license is included, but not that of the platform.

The investment will depend on the size and complexity of the automation. In some cases, support can be provided through a support contract, where there will be designed and planned assistance, and this support will be provided through the opening of tickets with a pre-agreed SLA.

Yes, it works by integrating with any government software or portal. We can integrate data from other applications such as Power BI, Excel, or Google Drive spreadsheets.

It’s not necessary. RPA is a great solution for companies that have legacy systems and want to avoid headaches with software replacement and new staff training.

In many cases, the IT team is only required during the evaluation process of technical prerequisites. In other cases, it’s up to the client to determine the level of involvement that team wants to have.

The hiring process happens according to each company’s needs. We have ready-made robots, but it’s also possible to build robots according to each business’s needs.

Yes. We train one or more members of your team. (Requires programming language knowledge).

With Base2 support, via the Orchestrator, we have access to all the actions that the RPA executed in your operating system, along with date and time.

The RPA operates like a human user would in the system. It accesses the same windows that a person would use to perform the operation, not executing any direct operation on your database. Additionally, the robot strictly operates within the commands that were recorded during its creation. A password vault stores the passwords that the robot needs to enter the operational environment, so they cannot be accessed in any other way.

Generally, there is no need to upgrade equipment. It’s necessary to provide a computer for the robot to operate. It can be programmed to operate at alternative times or even 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, always with greater speed and precision than a human operator.
